Massage Therapy
Release tension, reduce pain and feel balanced.
We combine sports therapy, deep tissue, holistic techniques and advanced bodywork to support recovery, mobility and total wellbeing.
About The Practitioner
I graduated as a Sports Therapist from London Metropolitan University in 2008, followed by two years of study in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture at AcuMed. I later spent a year in the Peruvian Amazon studying plant medicine alongside a shaman, deepening my understanding of the mind–body connection.
This journey shaped my passion for neuropathic pain, lymphatic function and the link between gut health and chronic pain. Today, I combine Western therapeutic techniques with holistic knowledge to deliver treatments that address the body as a whole. Whether you need massage or physiotherapy, every session is personalised to restore balance, ease discomfort and support long-term recovery.
