About me

I qualified from London Metropolitan University as a Sports Therapist in 2008. I then completed two years of study at AcuMed, focusing on Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture, followed by a year in the jungles of Peru, where I studied plant medicine with a shaman.

During this time, I discovered my passion for neuropathic pain and the connection between pain, lymphatics, and gut health. Today, I combine knowledge from all my studies to deliver effective treatments that address the body as a whole. Whether you come for massage or physiotherapy, each session is designed to restore balance, ease pain, and support recovery.

Deep Tissue Massage

Designed for athletes, gym users, and labourers, this massage targets high-use muscle groups to release tension and fatigue. It can also help uncover and correct long-term compensations caused by old injuries.

Swedish Massage

A classic, relaxing treatment that improves circulation, reduces stress, and promotes overall wellbeing.

Aromatherapy Massage

Combining gentle massage techniques with essential oils, this treatment helps calm the nervous system, reduce anxiety, and promote deep relaxation. Each oil blend is selected to suit your needs, whether for stress relief, energy, or balance.

Hot Stone Massage

Smooth, heated stones are used to soothe tired muscles, release deep tension, and improve blood flow. The warmth from the stones penetrates deep into the tissues, promoting relaxation and recovery.

Cupping Therapy

Bamboo Massage

Lymphatic Drainage Massage

One of the most powerful and restorative massages available. This gentle technique helps remove toxins, reduce swelling, and support immune function, especially post-surgery or injury. It also helps with cellulite, Lipedema (as part of a treatment plan), and sleep improvement.
